Jeff Nordstedt, Interactive Director at Planned Television Arts, and John Thomson, President and CEO of Saepio, address the challenges distributed marketing managers face when trying to successfully implement and utilize social media. This presentation goes beyond theoretical discussion of the power of social networks, and provides practical tips on how to communicate and listen more effectively using social technology.

Nordstedt shared case studies and practical tips based on his expertise in harnessing the marketing power of social media tools and outlets to connect organizations to consumers. Nordstedt has worked on social media campaigns for best-selling authors including Charlene Li, Michael Mauboussin, Harvey MacKay, George Cloutier and more.
